1. Using
Box, the University's preferred shared storage system, please upload your recipient spreadsheet and share it with
mgurney@brandeis.edu using the "Invite People" feature.
2. The spreadsheet should include
separate columns for first/preferred name, last name, email address, and any other fields that you'd like merged into the mailing such as title (ex. Professor/Mr./Ms./Dean/etc.)
3. If you have multiple tabs or spreadsheets for the same mailing, please combine them into a single spreadsheet.
4. Please proof your recipient list to ensure that it contains contact information for the recipients you intend to email and that no fields are blank or have typos.
